Stackdes (Self Supported Module)

STACKDES (Self Supported) is a stand-alone executable program that performs the overall structural analysis of Self Supported Steel Stacks. It uses a stiffness matrix to completely model the stack and it's loadings, and then applies the appropriate acceptance criteria based upon the user selected design code. The program also calculates the natural frequency of the structure so that the dynamic along wind and dynamic across wind (vortex) loads can be applied to the stack. The software includes many industry recognized codes and standards.

Stackdes includes an integrated version of Cone, Baseplate, and Strucflg. That means the user can automatically design these components directly within Stackdes.

A security key is shipped with each order, by default a USB security key will be shipped. We also offer a Parallel security key. If you prefer a Parallel security key please specify in the Comment Section of the order page. The security key will allow the user to operate the software. The installation of the software can be installed on multiple computers, but will be limited by the number of licenses purchased. At the end of the lease period, the software will revert to the demo mode.
